options and innovative spa treatments, lifestyle programs and
leisure activities.
Responsibilities :
Manages the entire Food and Beverage operations of a Resort
Hotel to ensure high quality food service and maximum profitability
of the department
Lays out short- term plans for departmental operations together
with the General Manager
Establishes standards and guidelines which will ensure the high
levels of foodservice quality and departmental productivity
Identifies relevant and appraisable components for cost efficient
operations
Achieves and surpasses budgeted revenues, minimizes cost and
increases profitability in the departmental operations
Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years international experience as Food and Beverage
Manager
Working experience in Asia or Europe is preferred
Ability to speak and communicate effectively before groups of
customers, guests and employees
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of restaurant, room service,
bar and banquet operations
Excellent knowledge of fine foods, wines and spirits
Superior organizational and time management skills with the
ability to interact closely with guests, staff and management
Professionals with Island or Resort hotel experience would have
an advantage
