Responsibilities :
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of one of
the restaurants of a casino hotel
Assists the Restaurant Manager in overseeing and directing the
entire restaurant operations in order to bring about the best
possible output from the employees and highest possible guest
satisfaction
The person will seek for the constant improvement of guest service,
staff productivity, sales and marketing, property appearance,
profit maximization, and financial control
Helps in managing all shifts, which include daily decision-making,
staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards,
product quality and cleanliness
Ensures a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury
and accidents through continual repair and maintenance of the
restaurant
Qualifications :
2 years experience in hotel food and beverage operations
Degree or diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage management
an asset
Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others
are essential
Working knowledge of P.O.S (Micros) and Delphi an asset
Comprehensive service knowledge and service standards as well
as sanitation and safety
Warm, engaging & outgoing personality with excellent communications
skills
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative
skills
International experience an asset
