Responsibilities :
Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Chinese
restaurant
Maintains the high profitability and performance of the outlet
Maximizes the service experience for the guests ensuring that
all receive superior service
Maintains all financial responsibly as in labor costs, food
and beverage costs, controls, budget, forecast, check book maintenance
and scheduling
Facilitates training and development of restaurant staff
Qualifications :
Minimum 2-3 years of international or local experience in running
a Chinese restaurant
Handles staff effectively and sufficiently
Comprehensive service knowledge and service standards as well
as sanitation and safety
Warm, engaging & outgoing personality with excellent communications
skills
Posses excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative
skills
Must have excellent communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia
and or Hokkien
