Responsibilities :

	Coordinates with the Executive Chef regarding the day-to-day operations of the Japanese kitchen
	Reviews and develops the menu and selection
	Supervises and checks all quality of food prepared in the kitchen
	Maintains the cleanliness, proper cooking, and right portion of slicing meat, seafood and vegetable in the assigned area

Qualifications :

	Minimum of 3 years experience with Japanese cuisine
	Knowledge of Japanese snacks, light meals and grills
	Experienced working in an upscale property with strong leadership and communication skills
	Excels in effective application of creative skills and strives for perfection
	Ability to train and willingness to share knowledge to team members
	Must have excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
