showcasing a crisp contemporary charm. Dining options will include
a specialty, fine-dining restaurant and bar, a lobby lounge for breakfast
and light fare during the day. |

- Oversees the entire pastry operations of the restaurant
|
|
- Assist the Executive Chef with inventories, pricing, cost controls,
requisitioning, issuing supplies and equipment for food production
|
|
- Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships
with the staff and other colleagues Maintains a high standard
of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practice
|
|

- Minimum of five years experience or more in this field
|
| |
- Bakery, patisserie, chocolaterie, confiserie and glacier experience
|
|
- Working experience in Middle East or Europe is an advantage
|
|
- Hands on experience working in a busy environment of a large
kitchen and can multi-task
|
|
- Must have the ability to create, present innovative mini pastries
and skilled in cake decoration
|
|
- Results oriented, positive, service driven with a sense of
urgency and ability to priorities
|
|
- Excellent communication skill in German and English
|
|
- Must be legally permitted to work in EU Countries
|
