  This Hotel will be located on an entire city block comprising of historical buildings boasting excellent views, wonderful greeneries together with art nouveau architecture. It is just a few minutes away from upscale shopping, fine dining and national attractions. The property consists of over 200 guestrooms showcasing a crisp contemporary charm. Dining options will include a specialty, fine-dining restaurant and bar, a lobby lounge for breakfast and light fare during the day.

  Responsibilities :
  • Oversees the entire pastry operations of the restaurant
  • Assist the Executive Chef with inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning, issuing supplies and equipment for food production
  • Develops and maintains positive and productive working relationships with the staff and other colleagues Maintains a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practice

Qualifications :
 
  • Minimum of five years experience or more in this field
 
  • Bakery, patisserie, chocolaterie, confiserie and glacier experience
 
  • Working experience in Middle East or Europe is an advantage
 
  • Hands on experience working in a busy environment of a large kitchen and can multi-task
 
  • Must have the ability to create, present innovative mini pastries and skilled in cake decoration
  • Results oriented, positive, service driven with a sense of urgency and ability to priorities
  • Excellent communication skill in German and English
  • Must be legally permitted to work in EU Countries
