- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of one of
the restaurants of a city hotel
|
|
- Oversees and directs the entire restaurant operations in order
to bring about the best possible output from the employees and
highest possible guest satisfaction
|
|
- The person will seek for the constant improvement of guest service,
staff productivity, sales and marketing, property appearance,
profit maximization, and financial control
|
|
- Manages all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff
support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product
quality and cleanliness
|
| |
- Ensures a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury
and accidents through continual repair and maintenance of the
restaurant
|
| |
|
| |
- 3 years experience in hotel food and beverage operations
|
| |
- Degree or diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage management
an asset
|
|
- Analytical skills, strength as a developer and a leader of others
are essential
|
| |
- Working knowledge of P.O.S (Micros) and Delphi an asset
|
| |
- Comprehensive service knowledge and service standards as well
as sanitation and safety
|
| |
- Warm, engaging & outgoing personality with excellent communications
skills
|
| |
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative
skills
|
| |
- Must be legally permitted to work in the Philippines
|
| |
