Paulo, grown up in Treviso, always realized that he has two passions,  food and traveling. He was able to  blend both of them and has span his career around the globe and now is back in one of Rom’s most well known hotel, the Rome Cavalieri, a Waldorf Astoria Collection.  Stops included , Switzrland , London , Korea  Milan and  before joining the Cavalieri,  he was the opening chef of the  Chedi  Milan.   Today  his  culinary  repertoire  has  spread far beyond the Mediterranean  flavors and is a strong supporter of world cuisines.
